Using this method, you can ensure that all Aadhaar-related actions are initiated by you and that no one else has requested Aadhaar authentication on your behalf. If you come across a transaction that you did not initiate, notify UIDAI as soon as possible. Any change or update to an Aadhaar card is recorded in the UIDAI database as an Update Request Number. This saved data can be further analysed to obtain a complete picture of all Aadhaar-related activities and locations where it has been used for authentication. The Aadhaar Authentication History service, which is hosted on the UIDAI website, provides information about previous authentications performed by the individual resident.
How to check Aadhaar authentication history online?
- Visit the UIDAI website at https://uidai.gov.in/.
- Choose "Aadhaar Authentication History" from the drop-down menu.
- To view the Aadhaar Authentication History, a new page will be opened.
- Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number as well as the security code. Select the "Generate OTP" option.
- A one-time password (OTP) is generated and sent to your registered mobile number.
- Now, choose the Authentication Type, date range, number of records to display, and OTP. Now press the "Submit" button.
- The following format will be displayed on the screen as the results.
