A Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) is a tangible document that lists all of your monthly financial transactions with different mutual funds. Every financial transaction, including purchase, redemption, switches, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, dividend pay-outs, and dividend reinvestment, is recorded. In a CAS statement, you may therefore see an organised list of all your mutual fund investments.

CAMS and Kfintech, the two Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) offer a unified account summary for the benefit of Mutual Fund investors. This statement gives a complete picture of the investor's holdings across all of the RTA-served Funds. Before continuing with the process, it should be noted that this statement might not contain all of the details on your DEMAT holdings.
Step 01: Visit the websites of any of the RTAs (KFinTech or CMAS). You can look at the URLs below.
KFinTech: https://mfs.kfintech.com/investor/General/ConsolidatedAccountStatement
CAMS: https://www.camsonline.com/Investors/Statements/Consolidated-Account-Statement
Step 02: There will be two options, Summary (Only balances & Valuation) and Detailed (includes transaction listing). Select anyone as per requirements on the CAS Request Form of KFinTech or CMAS.
(Note: Both RTA's websites ask for the same information to request CAS and find below screenshots for your reference for the submission of the details.)
Step 03: Select the period for which the statement is required.
(Note: Under the Summary option the period is in custom form, while under the Detailed option, there will be three options, 1. Current Financial Year, 2. Previous Financial Year, and 3. Specific Period)
Step 04: After selecting the Summary/Detailed option, fill in details such as Email (Mandatory), and PAN (Optional).
Step 04: Enter "Password" in the password space and to confirm the password, enter the password in the "Confirm password"
Step 05: Once you complete the details, click on the "Submit" button.
Step 06: You will receive a Consolidated Account Statement (Password Protected PDF) from KfinTech or CMAS.
(Note: To open the PDF, use the password submitted at the time of request submission as per Step 04)
