  • Save +91-9013151515 as MyGov Helpdesk in your contacts.
  • Look for MyGov Helpdesk on WhatsApp.
  • Type Digilocker, Namaste, or Hello to activate the chatbot.
  • The available options will be displayed by the chatbot.
  • When prompted if you have a Digilocker account, choose Yes, followed by Digilocker services.
  • Enter your 12-digit Aadhar number when the chatbot asks for it. It is necessary to link and authenticate your Digilocker account.
  • Enter the one-time password (OTP) that was sent to your registered mobile number.
  • The chatbot will display a list of documents associated with your Aadhar number after you accept the OTP.
  • Click on the document you want to download to open it.
  • The document will be downloaded using WhatsApp.

  • Alternatively, you can select the "Upload documents" option on the left side of the home page.
  • You can choose the folder option if you want to keep a separate file for uploading documents. To upload the document, you must include a description.
  • Click the Upload button, then select the file to be uploaded, and the file will be loaded.
  • Then, select the document type and press the save button. It will appear after the page has been reloaded.
  • For the sake of security, each document will have the Digi sign option.
  • You can easily get data from any file by simply checking it, and you can easily remove documents by clicking the Remove button.
