The Unique Identification Authority of India, which oversees the Aadhaar card, has launched a new interactive voice response (IVR) technology-based customer service that will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the Aadhaar card's regulatory body, has launched a new customer service based on Interactive voice response (IVR) technology that will be available 24x7 (24 hours and seven days a week). Customers must dial the toll-free number '1947' to access the IVR-enabled services. It will assist them in determining their Aadhaar enrollment or update status, PVC card status, and receiving information via SMS.
Explore new UIDAI services based on #IVRS. To find out their Aadhaar enrollment or update status, PVC card status, or to receive information via SMS, residents can call the UIDAI toll-free number 1947, which is available 24x7 (24 hours and seven days a week).
It is a 24x7 interactive voice response service that requires no technical knowledge. IVR is a telephone technology that allows users to use their voice to interact with a computer-operated telephone system. In an emergency, the voice tries to resolve user inquiries or forwards the call to the appropriate recipient.
AI/ML based chat support
UIDAI has launched artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning-based chat support to make it easier for users to check the status of their Aadhaar/PVC cards online. It will allow for better interaction with customers and will directly address their concerns. Chat support will not only assist residents in tracking the status of their Aadhaar PVC cards, but will also allow them to register or track grievances, among other things.

How to file an Aadhaar card complaint?
