LIC Policyholder: Here's How You Can Check Your LIC Policy-PAN Link Status
Following the submission of a DRHP by Life Insurance Corporation (LIC), the market is anxiously anticipating SEBI's approval of the LIC IPO. LIC policyholders and LIC staff are eagerly anticipating the commencement of the LIC IPO subscription window for many reasons, the 'policyholder' quota is one of them. However, before the LIC IPO subscription opens, there are certain critical details about the much-anticipated public offering that retail investors, policyholders, and LIC workers should be aware of, LIC policy-PAN Card linking is one of them.
LIC Policyholders who want to participate in the LIC IPO under the reserved quota must link their policy to their PAN number. They will be ineligible to apply under the reserved quota if they fail to link their PAN with their policies. An offer at the floor price will be made to policyholders and workers. Two days prior to the commencement of the auction, the discount will be notified.

Step 1: Open the link provided: https://linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSeedingWebApp/getPolicyPANStatus
Step 2: Submit the details required to be filled in, such as the policy number, date of birth, and PAN card details
Step 3: Next enter the Captcha
Step 4: Click on Submit option
Step 5: Keep the PAN card and the list of papers on hand if the PAN and LIC policies are not connected.
Step 6: Next, enter the mobile number, you will OTP the given number be sent by the LIC
Step 7: Following the submission of the form, a notification confirming the successful registration of the request will be sent.
Step 8: Now enter the date of birth as per the PAN card details.
Step 9: Enter the gender details along with email id, PAN, full name, mobile number.
Step 10: Then, by selecting Add policy and inputting the policy number, you may bring up the needed policy number.
Step 11: Tap on the disclaimer and enter the Captcha.
Step 12: Receive the OTP.
