PSB Alliance is an organisation that brings together all public sector banks to provide essential customer-oriented services as envisioned by the Indian government under the EASE of banking reforms. PSB Alliance, which is made up of 12 public sector banks led by UCO Bank, has partnered with M/s Atyati Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Integra Microsystem Pvt. Ltd. to provide "Door Step Banking by Universal Touch Points'' service to customers of 12 PSB Banks in 60 and 40 Specified Centers, respectively, as stated according to PSB Alliance's guidelines. The service is accessible in more than 100 major cities throughout the country. You can use several services from various banks at the same time if you are a customer of different public sector banks with the same mobile number. As the Agent deposits the Instruments with the specified Bank Branch, the DSB System validates the customer's Service Code and sends a message "COMPLETED" to the customer via the Mobile App. Requests generated by 3:00 p.m. should be resolved within 3 hours, and requests generated after that should be completed by 1:00 p.m. the next working day. To recognise a legitimate DSB Agent at the time of service delivery, the Agent's credentials and photo will appear in the Customer's Mobile App/Web Portal. An SMS with the name of the agent will be sent to the customer. Customers can ask for an ID card with the name and photo of the agent on it. In addition, for each service, a one-time Auth Code will be sent to the customer, which he or she must tell the Agent in order to initiate the service. Agents shall wear a uniform dress code that includes the DSB and the Service Provider LOGO for easy recognition. According to www.psbdsb.in the below are some of the services that customers can get from their doorstep, arranged by category.
