PM Kisan 18 installment: How To Check Beneficiary Status & Download Mobile App

In a big development that will cheers farmers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday has released 18th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. 9.4 crore farmers will receive Rs 20,000 crore in their bank accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer sans any involvement of intermediaries. A total of Rs 3.45 lakh crore have been released to farmers as part of the scheme.

The latest release signifies the government's commitment to rural development and prosperity of farming community.

Earlier, the 17th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) was released on June 18, 2024. During that time, the government had released more than Rs 20,000 crore to nearly 9.3 crore farmers.

Here Is The Step By Step Guide To Check Beneficiary Status:

• Open the official PM Kisan Website
• Open the Beneficiary Status Page
• Fill your Aadhaar Number or Account Number
• Press on "Get Data" button
• Check the Beneficiary Status
• Check the Payment Status

You will be able to see your beneficiary status as soon as the system has processed your request.

Steps To Download PM Kisan Mobile Application: If you have not yet downloaded the PM Kisan mobile application, you can follow the following steps given below:

• Download PM Kisan App
• You need to log in with the help of your Aadhaar number or registration ID
• You will receive an OTP that you need to enter
• Now click on the dashboard
• Press on Beneficiary Status and choose the installment status number
• Press on the option of "Get Details"

It is worth noting that the PM Modi-led government introduced the PM Kisan Saman Nidhi Yojana scheme way back in 2019. As part of the scheme, an income assistance of Rs 6,000 every year in three equal installments are offered to all land holding farmers. The funds are directly transferred to the bank accounts of farmers without any involvement of intermediaries.
