Step 1: Go to onlinesbi.com and log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Go to the Menu and select the 'Request & Enquiries' tab.
Step 3: Click on the 'Online Nomination' button.
Step 4: Choose the account to which you want to add a new nominee and press the continue button.
Step 5: Enter the nominee's name, date of birth, address, and relationship to the account holder.
Step 6: Submit the information.
Step 7: Next, enter the high-security password that was sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 8: Confirm the addition of the new nominee by clicking the 'Confirm' button.

Step 1: Log in to your account and open the SBI YONO Lite app.
Step 2: Select 'Services' and then 'Online Nomination.'
Step 3: Select the type of account and account number for which you want to add a nominee from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Select 'Register Nomination' and enter the Nominee's Name, DOB, Address, and Relationship.
Step 5: Finally, confirm the entered information and click 'Submit' to finish the registration process.

The depositor has the option to make or cancel the nomination at any time during his or her lifetime.
A witness is required when making and cancelling the nomination, and the request must be signed by all account holders.
Everyone who has a bank account has the option of nominating someone.
Nominations for more than one person, i.e. up to two people, are allowed for a jointly managed locker account with common approval.
Please keep in mind that a nomination can be made on behalf of a minor. Until the original nominee reaches the directed age, the legal guardian will receive the amount on behalf of the registered minor.
Only after the depositors' death can the nominees receive the depositor's amount from the bank.
