SBI Online Banking: Forgot Username, Password? Follow These Steps To Retrieve Both

State Bank of India or SBI offers its customers the facility of online banking services that allow you to access key banking services, transfer funds, and receive money, among others without any hassle. With SBI's online banking services, customers no longer need to visit the branch.

In order to use online banking services of SBI, customers get a unique user ID and password that they get when they register for internet banking facility of the bank. To Retrieve Username:

• You need to visit onlinesbi.com and click at "Forgot Username"
• Enter your 11-digit customer information or CIF number printed on your passbook
• Choose your country, fill the registered mobile number, write captcha code and click on submit button
• Enter the one-time password or OTP that you will receive on your registered mobile number and tap "Confirm"
• You will get your "User ID" on your phone

To Retrieve Password:

• Visit onlinesbi.com and click on "Forgot Password"
• You need to provide all the requested information and you will receive a new password on the registered email address
• Now you need to sign in with that password and make sure that you change it in order to keep your account safe and secure
