  • You will be sent an SMS. Within 2 hours of receiving the SMS, send a consent SMS (CHQACCY6 digit no. received in SMS) to 917208933145 for further processing.

  • You will receive a confirmation message indicating whether or not the de-registration was successful.
  • If you are successful, you will not be able to use the services until you re-register.
  • If you are unsuccessful, double-check the format and destination mobile number before attempting again.

Charges:

  • Premium charges will apply for 6-digit numbers, such as 567676.
  • SMS charges for 10-digit numbers will be determined by the customer's mobile bill plan.
  • There is no charge for a missed call. If a customer listens to the IVR for 3 seconds after 4-5 rings, the customer will be charged according to their mobile bill plan for 3 seconds.
