There are two simple ways to fill the Enumeration form during SIR in Karnataka and other states. You can choose both online & offline methods to fill the form. Here is a step-by-step guide for the same:

1. Online Method via ECI voter portal

Step 1: Visit the voters.eci.gov.in and look for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026 section
Step 2: Click on the Fill Enumeration Form option on the website
Step 3: Next, you'll have to sign up or log in with your mobile number and OTP verification
Step 4: Enter your voter details, such as your name as per voter ID, EPIC number if available, date of birth, gender, mobile number, address, and assembly constituency details
Step 5: Check that your name and details match the existing voter list; correct any mistakes that you see
Step 6: After the submission, you'll get an acknowledgement, which you can download as an image

2. Offline Method via Booth Level Officer

The BLOs are visiting houses across Karnataka from June 30 to July 29 to distribute and collect forms; if you're home, fill it out and hand it to the BLO

If you submit to the BLO, they keep one copy and give you a signed acknowledgement on the other copy; you must retain that
For first-time voters

Those who turned 18 in 2026 and registered after the voter registration window closed, they won't get an enumeration form since SIR covers those already on the 2025 roll. For cases like this, the claims-and-objections window will be opened to file Form 6.
