Why are UPI payments failing?

Why are UPI payments failing?

There are certain rules you should keep in mind if you are a user of the UPI payment service. Below are some of the reasons why UPI payments are failing:

• The daily limit of the UPI transaction might have been exceeded - a user gets only a limited number of transactions to do in 24 hours of time. The transaction limit for most banks is 10 in 24 hours, so if you have exceeded the transaction limit, you should try again after 24 hours.

• Making payments with wrong details - Before making payments from UPI, you should carefully check your UPI Pin, the receiver's details, and turn on the location to keep track of the payment. A wrong UPI pin can result in a failure of UPI payment.

• Insufficient bank account balance - Before making a UPI payment, always check your current balance in the bank account, as an insufficient bank balance is one of the reasons why UPI payments fail.
