The main reason behind the surge in gold prices today is the decline in the dollar, which is at a one-week low today at 100.78 due to concern regarding fresh escalation in the US-Iran war, which is keeping the US Federal Reserve on a hawkish monetary policy path.

The gold rate at Tanishq took another sharp jump today across all purities. The 22k gold rate today is available at Rs. 133,200 per 10 grams, which rose by Rs. 350. While the 24-karat gold price is at Rs. 145,310 per 10 grams, the 18-karat gold is available at Rs. 108,980 per 10 grams.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds
At Malabar Gold & Diamonds, the 22k gold rate is available at Rs. 132,750 per 10 grams today, while the 24k gold price is available at Rs. 144,820 per 10 grams as of July 10.
Kalyan Jewellers
The gold rate today at Kalyan Jewellers for 22k gold is at Rs.132,750 per 10 grams and Rs.13,275 per gram of gold. This rate is valid across Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and other top cities.
Joyalukkas
The 24k gold prices at Joyallukas are at Rs 14,482 per gram & Rs 144,820 per 10 grams. The 22k gold price is now at Rs 132,750 per 10 grams and 13,275 per gram. The 18k gold price today is Rs. 10,861 per gram and Rs. 108,610 per 10 grams.
Benchmark Gold Rate From IBJA
The India Bullion Jewellers Association has revealed the 24k, 22k, and 18k gold prices for 10 July.
According to the latest morning rates, the 24-carat gold price stood at Rs 143,815 per 10 grams. The 22-carat gold rate with 916 purity stood at Rs. 131,735 per 10 grams, whereas 18-carat gold of 750 purity was quoted at Rs. 107,861 per 10 grams. It must be noted that these IBJA benchmark rates are exclusive of GST and making charges.
