Meanwhile, silver rate today in the Karnataka capital remained unchanged. The recent uptick in gold prices came after the yellow metal saw a steep correction over the past few weeks.

Bangalore Gold Rate Today

The price of 24-karat, 22-karat, and 18-karat gold in Bangalore surged over the past three to four days. The rate of 24-karat gold in Bangalore surged by Rs 76 per gram to Rs 14,422 per gram. The rate of 22-karat gold in Bangalore increased by Rs 70 per gram to Rs 10,816 per gram.

Bangalore Silver Rate Today

The price of silver in Bangalore remained stable on Tuesday. Silver rate today in Bangalore stood at Rs 235 per gram and at Rs 2,35,000 per kilogram. Silver price in Bangalore and across India saw sharp volatility in January and February. The precious metal surged beyond Rs 4 lakh per kilogram in January, followed by a steep crash in February.

International Gold Rate Today

The recovery in domestic gold prices came as international gold prices surged on Tuesday. International gold price climbed above $4,500 per ounce, as per Trading Economics data on Tuesday. The recent uptick in the precious metal's price came as investors closely tracked the negotiations between the Iran and US, US Federal Reserve stance and inflation concerns.

"Geopolitical risks and purchases of the precious metals by central banks will provide solid support to gold prices and keep the overall fundamental picture positive even with occasional dips. Silver, which is a precious metal but at the same time has some industrial applications, may demonstrate relatively greater volatility due to the assessment of the growth potential of the world economy," explained Pranav Koomar, Founder and CEO, PlusCash.
