Gold prices in Delhi slipped again on Thursday, July 16, after witnessing a sharp rally of Rs 7,700 per 100 grams of 24 Karat gold during Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra 2026. The price of 24 Karat (24K) gold declined by Rs 28 to Rs 14,344 per gram, while 22 Karat (22K) gold fell by Rs 25 to Rs 13,150 per gram, extending the recent weakness in bullion prices.

Silver prices, however, remained unchanged. In Delhi, silver continued to trade at Rs 235 per gram and Rs 2,35,000 per kilogram.

Bullion prices remained under pressure as the escalating Middle East conflict strengthened expectations that the US Federal Reserve could keep interest rates higher for longer or even consider another rate hike. Meanwhile, crude oil prices witnessed mild profit booking despite continued geopolitical tensions, as reports suggested Iran currently has no plans to resume negotiations with the United States, keeping uncertainty elevated across global financial markets.

24K Gold Rate Today in Delhi

The price of 24 Karat (24K) gold in Delhi declined today. 1 gram was priced at Rs 14,344, down Rs 28 from the previous session. 8 grams cost Rs 1,14,752, marking a decline of Rs 224, while 10 grams were priced at Rs 1,43,440, down Rs 280. For bulk purchases, 100 grams of 24K gold were available at Rs 14,34,400, reflecting a fall of Rs 2,800.

22K Gold Rate Today in Delhi

The price of 22 Karat (22K) gold also moved lower. 1 gram was priced at Rs 13,150, down Rs 25 from the previous day. 8 grams were available at Rs 1,05,200, down Rs 200, while 10 grams cost Rs 1,31,500, reflecting a decline of Rs 250. Meanwhile, 100 grams of 22K gold were priced at Rs 13,15,000, down Rs 2,500 compared with the previous session.

18K Gold Rate Today in Delhi

The price of 18 Karat (18K) gold also edged lower. 1 gram was priced at Rs 10,762, down Rs 20. 8 grams cost Rs 86,096, declining by Rs 160, while 10 grams were priced at Rs 1,07,620, down Rs 200. For larger purchases, 100 grams of 18K gold were available at Rs 10,76,200, reflecting a decline of Rs 2,000 from the previous trading session.

Silver prices in Delhi remained unchanged today across all quantities. The price of 1 gram of silver stood at Rs 235, while 8 grams were priced at Rs 1,880 and 10 grams at Rs 2,350, all unchanged from the previous day. For bulk purchases, 100 grams of silver continued to trade at Rs 23,500, while 1 kilogram (1,000 grams) was priced at Rs 2,35,000, with no change in prices compared to the previous trading session.
