Gold Rate Today: April 27 Sees Second Day Rally; Check 24K, 22K, 18K Prices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad
Gold rates today: As the last week of April begins, the beloved yellow metal has jumped higher, making up for the losses seen last week.
Gold rates today in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad have gained more than Rs. 13000 per 100g over the last two trading sessions due to the ongoing geopolitical tensions globally.

Both global and domestic bullion markets were impacted due the US-Iran tensions.
According to Trading Economics, "Gold prices moved back above $4,700 an ounce on Monday after a shaky start. The jump came after reports that Iran sent a fresh proposal to the US to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and work toward ending the conflict. Iran is also said to have suggested extending the ceasefire, while putting nuclear talks on hold until the US lifts its blockade. Despite this rebound, gold isn't fully in the clear. Ongoing tensions in the Middle East are keeping inflation fears alive, which means central banks may stick to higher interest rates for longer, something that usually weighs on gold."
