Gold Price Analysis
"Gold and silver eased on Tuesday after scaling three-month highs, as markets turned their attention to upcoming U.S. inflation data and a key speech from Fed Chair Kevin Warsh. Persistent dollar debasement fears - fueled by the Fed's unclear inflation stance - continue to support bullion. Adding to the tension, Iran pledged retaliation against tightened U.S. sanctions, expressing confidence its trading partners won't buckle under pressure. Meanwhile, last week's rally was driven by the Treasury's move to double its bond buyback operations. Gold hit $4,696 around Rs 164,700, and silver touched $69.96 around Rs 248,800, with both metals now facing possible profit-booking," said Prithviraj Kothari, Managing Director at RiddiSiddhi Bullions Ltd., President of IBJA and Chairman at Jain International Trade Organisation.
