Why Are Gold Prices Rising Today?

The primary driver behind the rise in gold rates today in India is the evolving geopolitical situation surrounding the US-Iran nuclear deal.

"The AUS-Iran peace framework, set for formal signing in Switzerland on Friday, triggered a recovery early this week, pushing oil down over 4% and the dollar to a 10-day low. December Fed rate-hike probability has since fallen to 48% from 69%. Gold trades near $4,330, with resistance at $4,500-$4,550 and support at $4,242. Silver holds above $70, targeting $72-$75, with support at $65-$66.
