Gold Rates Today (06/07/2026) Dips: 24K, 22K, 18K Gold Prices At Tanishq, IBJA, Malabar, Kalyan, Joyalukkas

What Is Impacting Gold Prices Today?

"Gold witnessed mild profit booking as COMEX Gold slipped below $4,150 to around $4,140, declining nearly 0.80% amid a stronger US dollar. MCX Gold also came under pressure, falling around Rs 780 to Rs 1,46,600, although the decline was relatively limited as rupee weakness provided support to domestic prices. The softer rupee helped cushion losses in MCX Gold compared with the sharper correction in international markets," said Jateen Trivedi, VP Research Analyst - Commodity and Currency, LKP Securities.

Going ahead, Trivedi said, " market participants will closely monitor this week's US Manufacturing PMI, Non-Manufacturing PMI, and the Federal Reserve meeting minutes, which are expected to provide fresh direction for the dollar and bullion prices. Gold is likely to remain volatile as traders await these key macroeconomic cues."
