Further, the name of our Company was changed to “Baweja Studios Private Limited” vide special resolution passed in the ... Extraordinary General Meeting dated July 09, 2021. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to name change was issued on September 06, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to “Baweja Studios Limited” pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation granted to our Company by the RoC, Mumbai, dated December 01, 2021 bearing CIN U92112MH2001PLC131253.
