Our Company was incorporated as “BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Private Limited”, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 17, 2016 issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 05, 2024 and by our Shareholders at an Annual General Meeting held on August 29, 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 12, 2024 was issued by Central Processing Centre.
