Additionally, we serve as an integrated solar energy solutions provider, delivering comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction ("EPC") services to our commercial and residential customers, however the contribution of this segment is comparatively very less as compared to business of distribution of solar inverters and solar panels. Our company also has its own brand called "Invergy". Under the Invergy brand, we sell hybrid solar inverters and lithium ferro phosphate (LFP) batteries. Invergy deals in OEM manufacturing for hybrid and LFP products. Invergy has its own quality and reliable protocol for contract manufacturing of these products. Invergy manages its own supply chain stream to provide easy and comfortable transitions. "Invergy buys, make the contract manufacturing, and then sell to the end customers. Our Company was originally incorporated on July 30, 2010 as a Private Limited Company as “GP Eco Solutions India Private Limited” vide Registration No. 041528 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, pursuant to a special ... resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on October 25, 2023, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “GP Eco Solutions India Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on November 17, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur.
