Chandigarh, Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on March 13, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on June 20, 2024, by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
