Upcoming IPOs Next Week: The Indian primary market has gathered steam after seeing a dull start of the year. More than 80 IPOs have hit Dalal Street in 2026 so far. Shiprocket, Milky Mist, Molbio Diagnostics, Dhoot Transmission, and Behari Lal Engineering are among the five mainboard IPOs set to open for subscription this week, ie between August 10 and August 14.
Meanwhile, the Indian stock market ended flat last week, with Nifty 50 ending 0.08% higher at 24,570.65 points, whereas BSE Sensex ended 161 points lower at 78,499.17 points. For primary market investors who are preparing for the coming week, here are all the details about upcoming IPOs this week.

Upcoming IPOs: Mainboard IPOs To Open Next Week
Milky Mist IPO
Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 1,553 crores, which is a combination of a fresh issue of 10.2 crore shares aggregating to Rs 1,428 crores. It brings an offer for sale of 0.89 crore shares aggregating to Rs 125 crores.
The upcoming IPO will open for subscription on August 11, 2026 and will close for subscription on August 13, 2026. The allotment for the Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO is likely to get finalised on August 14. The Dairy Food IPO may get listed on NSE and BSE on August 18, 2026. The company has fixed an issue price band between Rs 133 and Rs 140 per share. The lot size for an application is 107 shares.
Shiprocket IPO
The Rs 1,617.48 crore IPO is set to open for subscription on August 12 and will close on August 14. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 91.3 million shares worth Rs 885.5 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 75.46 million shares worth Rs 731.98 crore. The IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 9.13 crore shares aggregating to Rs 885 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 7.55 crore shares equivalent to Rs 731.98 crore.
Dhoot Transmission IPO
The IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 1.61 crore shares equivalent to Rs 1,400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.91 crore shares equivalent to Rs 1,666.89 crore. The IPO is a book-build issue of Rs 3,066.89 crore.
Dhoot Transmission IPO will be available for subscription from August 10, 2026 to August 12, 2026. The IPO allotment is likely to be finalised on August 13 and its listing is expected to be on August 17 (tentative date), as per Chittorgarh.com. The company has fixed an issue price band of Rs 829 and Rs 871 per share.
Behari Lal Engineering IPO
The IPO will open for subscription on August 12. The Rs 301.62 crore IPO will close for subscription on August 14. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 3.26 million shares worth Rs 93 crore and an OFS of 7.32 million shares worth Rs 208.62 crore. The IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 271-285 per share. The IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 301.62 crore. Emkay Global Financial Services Limited is the book-running lead manager, and MUFG Intime Private is the registrar of the issue.
Molbio Diagnostics IPO
The Goa-headquartered Molbio Diagnostics is the fifth mainboard IPO set to open for subscription in the coming week. Molbio Diagnostics Limited is a book build issue of Rs 939 crore, which is a combination of fresh issue of 0.25 crore shares equivalent to Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale of 0.92 crore shares aggregating to Rs 739.7 crores. The IPO will pen for subscription on August 10 and will close on August 12. The allotment for the IPO is likely to be finalised on August 12. Its tentative listing date is fixed as August 17, 2026.
Apart from these five mainboard IPOs, three SME IPOs are also scheduled to open for next week including Sham Foam (set to open on August 11), Fascinate Textiles (August 11) and Q&T Foods (open on August 12) ad Pramodini Medicare (open on August 14).

Eight IPO listings will remain in focus next week including Ardee Industries IPO, Technocraft Venture, Leap India IPO, Anwil Wire & Engineering, Aegus Technologies, GV Electricals, LAPL Automotive and Optimystix Entertainment.
