Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 10, 2023 the name of our Company was changed to “Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 8, 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
