Our company is responsible for delivering the entire project, including balance of plant components but excluding the main generating equipment (such as turbines or generators). Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 9, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “Winsol Engineers Limited” pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 21, 2023 issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad having Corporate Identification Number U40100GJ2015PLC085516.
