Our Company was originally incorporated on November 15, 2000 as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Zenith Drugs Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior. Subsequently pursuant to a Special ... Resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on September 05, 2023, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Zenith Drugs Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on September 13, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior.
