On Thursday, job-search portal Monster.com joined hands with the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) as an exclusive talent search partner for SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) member companies of the latter. The portal will be helping over 2,400 SMEs find talents through this partnership.
Apart from the large candidate database, the alliance will also help these SMEs find job seekers from remote locations of the country. A dedicated portal has also been created for the hiring needs of those who had contracted COVID-19.
"Our expertise in reaching job seekers, especially at a time when the job market is adversely impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, will help alleviate NASSCOM's SME advantage programme," Monster.com's spokesperson said speaking on the partnership.
