BSE-listed civil construction company trading below Rs 20 levels, PVV Infra is back with another bonus issue in less than two months, after it delivered 1:5 bonus shares in June. For the new bonus, the company has declared its record date which is nearing in less than two weeks.
PVV Infra Share Price:
After market hours of August 8, PVV share price ended at Rs 15.50 apiece, up by 2.6% on BSE with market cap of Rs 44.60 crore. The stock's 52-week high and low is at Rs 35.82 apiece and Rs 10.08 apiece respectively.
However, PVV shares are down by over 11%. But in a year, the stock advanced by nearly 39% on BSE.
PVV Infra Bonus Issue:
As per the regulatory filing, the company will issue new bonus shares of a 1:1 ratio, where, it will distribute 1 (One) new fully paid-up equity share of Re. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 10/- (Rupee Ten only), subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
For this, the company has fixed Tuesday, 20th August 2024 as the record date to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to the issuance of bonus shares by the Company.
Earlier, on June 21, the company turned ex-bonus for the bonus shares of 1:5 ratio. The ratio means that the company will issue 1 (one) Bonus Share for every 5 (Five) Equity Shares held by the Equity Shareholders.\
Bonus shares are one of the many corporate actions that listed companies announce on several occasions. Bonus shares are like incentives which are free of cost given to investors. Under this corporate action, new shares are issued at the existing Face Value of equity shares of the company. Hence, the face value remains the same post-bonus issue.

Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to Twin Cities Infotech Limited on February 17, 2000, and then changed to Sambhav Info-Infra Limited on January 17, 2008, and changed to Sambhav Infra (India) Limited on November 18, 2009, to Thirthankar Infra Limited and on August 30, 2010, and finally changed to PVV Infra Limited on 7th October 2014.
Ahead, on August 14, the company will announce its financial results for June 2024 quarter.
