Meghna's bonus issue is much-awaited in July 2025. Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has announced a bonus issue of a 1:1 ratio.

This means that the company will issue 1 bonus share on the existing 1 equity share to eligible shareholders. The record date is fixed on July 8, 2025.

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Project:

In its regulatory tiling last week, Meghna Infracon Infrastructure executed Development Agreement to Re-develop a residential project of admeasuring about Thirty One Thousand Sq.Ft construction area Situated at Dadar/Prabhadevi.

As per the statement, the development being undertaken will lead to an estimated revenue of Rs.800 million. This new development marks the group's entry into Dadar/Prabhadevi after successfully developing many gated community locations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The project is expected to be launched in CY 2025.
