Spright Agro Bonus Issue:
The company has announced a 1:1 bonus issue, meaning 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Face Value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up.
When is the record date, Spright Agro has fixed Friday, 29th Day of November 2024, as the Record Date, for identifying eligible shareholders for the upcoming bonus.
This will be the second bonus of 2024, Earlier, the company turned ex-bonus on March 18 for its bonus issue ratio of 1:1. Also, during that day, the stock split in the ratio of 1:10, where its face value of Rs 10 each was cut to Rs 1.
