Chavda Infra stock closed 0.63% lower at Rs 133.45 per share on NSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 437.59 crore on Thursday, August 6. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 134.80 per share and an intraday low of Rs 132.15 per share.

Chavda Infra Bonus Issue

The company's board of directors have recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1, ie "One new bonus Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs.10/- each." The bonus issue payment is subject to approval by the shareholders and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals.

Chavda Dividend Announcement

The company didn't announce any dividend for the quarter. The board decided to "retain the profits to further strengthen the Company's financial position and reserves," after discussing the proposal for declaration of dividend.

"The Board of Directors considered the proposal for declaration of dividend and, after careful evaluation, decided to retain the profits to further strengthen the Company's financial position and reserves. This strategic decision is intended to enhance the Company's financial flexibility and support future business growth, expansion opportunities, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders," stated the firm in its BSE filing released on Thursday.

The company's board also approved increasing the firm's authorised share capital from Rs 35 crore to Rs 70 crore, subject to shareholders approval. With this, the authorised equit share capital will increase from 3.5 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each to 7 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Chavda Infra Share Price Trend

The infra stock closed marginally lower on Thursday. The stock had touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 138 per share on August 5, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 80.6 per share on March 30, 2026. The stock has delivered 22.37% return in one year and around 46% return in one month.
