1:10 Split, 4:1 Bonus: From Rs 19-To-14, Penny Stock At 5% Lower Circuits For 9-Sessions In Row, Falls By 24%

Maagh Advertising and Marketing Services, a penny stock, that has been trapped in bears grip for nine-consecutive trading session now. Right after hitting an all-time high of Rs 19.10 apiece which is followed from adjusting to stock split and bonus issue, Maagh has touched back-to-back 5% lower circuits. Currently, the stock is a little over Rs 14.5 apiece.

Maagh's share price froze at Rs 14.59 apiece, down by 5% on BSE with a market cap of Rs 328.29 crore on Tuesday. This would be the nine-consecutive 5% lower circuit that Maagh has touched.

Maagh has been in red since it touched a 52-week high of Rs 19.10 apiece on February 16th. Since then, the stock has dipped by 24%.

Maagh has been volatile since it went ex-bonus and ex-split on February 5th.

Maagh has allotted 4,50,02,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Shares for every 4 (Four) Equity Shares held to the eligible Shareholders as on record date ie. 05th February 2024. The Bonus Shares Issued is a post-sub division.

The ratio of bonus issues is 4:1 which means that Maagh allotted 4 bonus shares on the existing 1 equity share.

Further, the company took on record the allotment of Equity Shares in the ratio of 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by the members as on record date i.e. 05th February 2024 pursuant to Sub-division

Hence, the stock split ratio was of 1:10.
