Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Ltd Bags Order From Maharatna Power Grid: As per the BSE filing of the company dated February 24, 2024, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has been awarded orders of total contract value of Rs. 232 Crores from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited." The time period by which the order needs to be executed will be 21 months from the date of issue of notification of award.

It will include Designing, Engineering, Manufacture, testing at Manufacturers works and supply of 5 Nos of 500 MVA, 400/220/33kV, 3- Phase ICT, 5 Nos of 500 MVA 400/220/33kV, 3-Phase Auto Transformers along with all fitting, accessories for complete execution and Local Transportation, In Transit Insurance, Loading and uploading & Installation Services."
