1:10 Stock Split Alert: Shares of Waterways Leisure Tourism ended higher on Thursday, August 13, a day after the company announced the record date for the stock split. The company's board of directors has approved the sub-division of the company's equity shares in the ratio of 1:10.

Waterways Leisure Tourism stock closed 1.82% higher at Rs 841.6 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 6,092.72 crore on Thursday. The stock touched an intraday high of Rs 854.80 per share and an intraday low of Rs 825.25 per share on Thursday.

The company, operating Cordelia Cruises, approved the proposed sub-division of equity shares in a 1:10 ratio through postal ballot. "Each existing equity share of the Company having a face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up will be subdivided into 10 equity shares having a face value of Re 1 each fully paid up," stated the company in its press release.

Waterways Leisure Tourism Stock Split Record

The company's board of directors fixed Wednesday, August 26, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the corporate action. With this corporate action, Waterways Leisure Tourism equity shares will be more accessible to a wider investor base and facilitate greater participation and liquidity in secondary market.

"The Company's paid up share capital will remain unchanged at Rs 723.95 Million, while the number of equity shares will increase from 7,23,94,543 shares of Rs 10 each to 72,39,45,430 shares of Re 1 each fully paid up following completion of the corporate action," added the firm in its press release.

Waterways Leisure Tourism Share Price Trend

The company scrip closed higher on Friday. The stock touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 925.05 per share on BSE on July 21, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 623.30 per share on July 1, 2026. The stock has delivered 6.95% return in two weeks and around 1.89% return in a month.
