The shares of Shanti Educational Initiatives, which has a market cap of Rs 1,170 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 109.40 apiece and a 52-week low price is Rs 52.01 on the BSE. The stock has delivered a multibagger return of 23 per cent in the last one month and 596 per cent in five years.

As of the December 2023 quarter, FII holdings in Shanti Educational stood at 19.0% as against 18.8% in September 2023. Meanwhile, promoters holding stood at 64.5% as of the December 2023 quarter.

Recently the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company has approved the appointment of Ms.Pooja Khakhi, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as a company secretary and compliance officer of the company also designated as key managerial personnel of the company on 14th May 2024.

Shanti Educational Initiatives' share price traded ex-split on 21st July 2022 in a 1:10 ratio. This means, that if an allotee had remained invested in this BSE SME stock after par listing, its shareholding in the BSE SME company would have grown 10 times. The BSE SME IPO was launched with a lot size of 1600 company shares. So, post-split, an allottee shareholding would have surged to 16,000.
