1:2 Bonus, Dividend King: Tata's NBFC Is A Star, Up Over Rs 2,750 In 7-Days Rally; Stock Nears Rs 10,000 Mark

Tata Investment, a holding company of Tata Group, has only witnessed buyers for the past seven consecutive trading sessions, hitting back-to-back upper circuits and touching historic highs. In a year, the stock rallied by 382%, while its 5-year upside is a whopping 1,058. But its max gain is a humungous 6,120% on BSE. The company has delivered up to 28 dividends and 1 bonus so far.

On BSE, after market hours of March 7th, Tata Investment's share stood at Rs 9,744.40 apiece, at 5% upper circuit. This will be Tata Investment's historic high levels.

But notably, Tata Investments have been hitting back-to-back 5% upper circuits since March 1, 2024, which means there have been practically no sellers in this stock ever since. Notably, Tata Investments has been in green since February 29, till date.

In seven consecutive trading sessions, Tata Investments' share price has rallied by Rs 2,758.85 per share or 39.5%. The stock is now just Rs 255.6 away from hitting the Rs 10,000 mark for the first time.

In less than three months, Tata Investments have already doubled investors' money by rising nearly 129%. While its six-monthly gains are around 288.18%. In a year, Tata Investments share gained by 381.6%. But in 5-years, the upside was remarkable by 1,058%. Tata Investment's all-time gains are around 6,120%.

The latest bullish trend could be attributed to the reports of Tata Sons IPO which is expected to launch India's biggest IPO ever in history. As per reports, Tata Sons IPO may be to the tune of Rs 55,000 crore, which would be the largest, surpassing LIC's Rs 21,000 Crore IPO which currently holds the title. Tata Sons is further seen to fetch Rs 11 lakh crore valuation.

When Tata Technologies IPO, a public offer that was the first by Tata Group since TCS' issue in 2004, the stock price of Tata Investments had seen huge upside.

In recent times, Tata Investment was also the talk of the town after Tata Group got approval from the Union Cabinet to build two semiconductor units. Tata Group is at the heart of India's semiconductor, and the impression was that its investment firm will fund the projects. However, Tata Investment has shunned the rumours of it funding the units.

Tata Investment first paid a bonus share in the ratio of 1:2 on August 22, 2005. That meant Tata Investment issued 1 bonus share on every two existing bonus shares.

It has not announced any stock split.
