Credent Global Finance, a NBFC, carried a stock sub-division for the first time in the ratio of 1:5 on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The new price after the stock split has been adjusted to below Rs 30. During the stock split, the share price becomes affordable for new and existing customers, while the company's liquidity improves further.

After the market hours of October 15, the stock price ended at Rs 26.80 apiece on BSE, with a market cap of Rs 137.92 crore.
Adjusted to the split ratio, the stock's 52-week high and low are at Rs 33.73 apiece and Rs 21.81 apiece respectively. While its 20% upper circuit and lower circuit is at Rs 32.15 apiece and Rs 21.45 apiece respectively.
The stock's price-to-equity ratio is at 10.25x, while the return on equity is at 4.25%.

Credent turned ex-split on October 15. This is also the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders entitled for the following matter.
The 1:5 stock split ratio means -- sub-division of 1 (one) Equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to 5 (Five) Equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up.
