The computers-software firm met for bonus consideration today and declared a bonus share issuance in the ratio of f 1:2 [i.e. 1 (One) bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up equity shares held as on record date] subject to the approval of the shareholders. The record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive bonus shares will be communicated later. Other than this the company also considered and approved the notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the company to be held on Monday, 23rd May, 2022 at 04.00 P.M. at- The Corporate House, A wing, 9th Floor, S.G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad -380054, Gujarat.

NinTec is again a multibagger scrip with 1-year return to the tune of 251%. The company is engaged in computer programming, consultancy and related activities. Also, it is a low priced stock last quoting at a price of Rs. 46.35 per share as on the NSE.
