Davangere Sugar Share Price Outlook
The company's share price outlook is expected to remain very much dependent on the broader sugar and ethanol cycle. Its earnings growth prospects are set to be impacted by the realisations on sugar, availability of cane, cost structure and improvements in value-added business of the company, according to Siddharth Maurya, Founder & Managing Director, Vibhavangal Anukulakara Pvt. Ltd.
"The share of the company is expected to be quite volatile in the short term as the earnings quality of the company and its future growth prospects are being evaluated by the investors. Improved margins, ethanol growth or favorable market environment for sugar may lead to a turnaround in the stock price trend. But the investors need to be cautious about the cyclical nature of the business," explained Maurya.
