"This is to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed Saturday, 09th December, 2023 as the record date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of bonus equity shares of the company in proportion of 6 (six) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (one) existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through postal ballot," said Pooja Entertainment and Films Ltd in a stock exchange filing.

In comparison to the Rs. 9.95 crores reported for the quarter ended September 30, 2022, the firm recorded a total income of Rs. 14.64 crores for the period ended September 30, 2023, indicating a YoY rise of 47.11%. The company's net profit for Q2FY24 was Rs 0.31 Cr, down 29.03% YoY from Rs 0.44 Cr in Q2FY23. For the quarter that ended on September 30, 2023, the firm reported EPS of Rs.0.70, down from Rs.0.98 for the same period in 2022.

The stock has gone up 83.49% over the past year, and so far in 2023, the scrip has gained 76.68% YTD. The stock has appreciated 64.79% in the last month and has produced a multibagger return of 106.54% over the previous six months. During Q2FY24, the company reported promoters shareholding of 73.09% and public stake of 26.92%.
