The company's board of directors had approved an interim dividend of around 1485% for FY26 against its face value of Re 1. The company's board had approved the "declaration and payment of interim dividend of Rs 14.85 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company Re 1."

ICICI Prudential AMC Dividend Record Date: How To Become Eligible?

ICICI Prudential AMC has fixed Wednesday, January 21, as the dividend record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the corporate action. As per ICICI Prudential AMC BSE filing, only those investors or shareholders "whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on January 21, 2026, being record date fixed for this purpose," will be eligible for the payout.

PL Capital had issued a 'Buy' rating for ICICI Prudential AMC with a target price of Rs 3,000 per share, as per the brokerage's report released in December, 2025.

ICICI Prudential Q3 Result

ICICI Prudential AMC reported a sharp jump in quarterly earnings, with profit after tax rising 45% year-on-year to Rs 917 crore in Q3, against Rs 632 crore a year earlier. The board also announced a dividend of Rs 14.85 per share, with 21 January set as the record date.

Operating profit before tax for the Q3 period came in at Rs 1,110 crore, compared with Rs 853 crore in the December 2024 quarter, reflecting growth of about 30%. For the nine months ended December 2025, operating profit before tax increased to Rs 3,043 crore from Rs 2,370 crore, an expansion of roughly 28% versus the previous year.

Alongside the ICICI Prudential AMC Q3 results, the company also confirmed a key leadership move. Sankaran Naren has been reappointed as Executive Director of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company for a two-year term with effect from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028.
