Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Limited surged during Wednesday's intraday trading session after the company announced that it received a work order from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation for a three-year period.
Krystal Integrated Services' share price was trading 1.35% higher at Rs 628.35 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 877.93 crore at 12:30 pm on Wednesday. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 641.00 per share and an intraday low of Rs 626 per share during the trading session.

Krystal Integrated Services Business Update
The company received a work order rom Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation for providing Integrated Facility Management Services in the allocated regions of Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for three years.
Nearly a week ago, the company had received another work order. Krystal Integrated Services, in consortium with M/s. LC Infra Projects Private Limited, received two work orders from the Maharashtra government, Urban Development Department, Maharashtra Urban Development Mission Directorate, Swachh Maharashtra Mission (U) 2.0 for development of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), I & D and Sewer network on EPC basis for Revenue Division-Pune and Nagpur.
The facility management provider has around 40% share in the consortium which has secured the contract value with an aggregate value of around Rs 7,40,06,30,000 crore. With this, the company's share in the contract is of Rs 2,96,02,52,000 crore. The timeline for execution is two years.
Krystal Integrated Services Share Price Trend
The company scrip opened higher on Wednesday. Its share price touched its 52-week high of Rs 729.75 per share on September 3, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low of Rs 500 per share on August 8, 2026. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 14.85%. Its share price value has jumped around 21% in 2026 so far. However, the stock has declined around 13% in two years.
