Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd.

Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. is a small-cap textile 2,536 stock that announced an Rs. 4 or 200% dividend for the shareholders. The record date has been fixed on 14th November 2022. Its share price closed at Rs. 540.65, gaining by above 14% intra day, on November 4.

Siyaram Silk informed the stock exchanges, "Considered and declared 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (200%) per equity share on the Paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Interim Dividend will be credited/paid/dispatched on or after 23rd November 2022 as per applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, to such shareholders as on Record Date i.e. 14th November 2022."

In Q2FY23, the company's net revenue stood at Rs. 636 crore compared to Rs. 480 crore in Q2FY22, which grew by 32% YoY.

Capri Global

With a market capitalization of Rs. 13,029 crore, Capri Global, the mid-cap finance stock announced to issue right of upto Rs. 1,440 crore. The company informed the stock exchanges to, "Increase in the issue size to upto Rs. 1,440 Crores for the proposed rights issue of equity shares of the Company by partial modification to earlier resolution passed by the Board at its meeting held on May 21, 2022."

In Q2 FY23, total revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,690.81 million, which was reported to be at Rs. 1,757.83 million in the same year-ago quarter. Its share price has zoomed by around 506.04% in the last 5 years, and was quoted at Rs. 743/share till last traded.
