MIC Electronics Business Update
Nearly a month after investing Rs 10 lakh in its defence subsidiary, MIC ELectronics announced incorporation of MIC Defence Systems Private Limited. The firm has also received the certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
About MIC Defence Systems
The wholly owned subsidiary will provide facilities like defence electronics, defence systems, aerospace, homeland security, unmanned systems, surveillance solutions, electronic warfare, artificial intelligence-based defence technologies, cyber security solutions and other allied products and services.
MIC Electronics Share Price Trend
The stock opened lower on Thursday. Its shares are trading under ESM Stage II, with trading conducted through periodic call auctions. The company scrip touched its 52-week high of Rs 82.82 per share on September 9, 2025. The stock dipped its 52-week low of Rs 30 per share on March 30, 2026. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of -6.03%. Its share price value has surged 4.66% in two weeks and around 5.9% in three months. But it has declined around 27% in one year. Over the last five years, the stock has delivered 2,727% return, as per BSE data.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 1.75 crore in June quarter of financial year 2026-27, against a net loss of Rs 18.42 crore in the March quarter of FY26. Its net revenue stood at Rs 12.29 in Q1FY27 against a revenue of Rs 50.8 crore in the March quarter.
