Net Profit for the quarter reported as Rs 7.19 crores, as compared to Rs 13.93 crores posted in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.

"We have achieved a growth of 45 percent in the company's existing plywood and laminates business during the third quarter and we expect better results in future on achieving optimum utilisations and superior value-mix in the new MDF and Laminate plants," stated company spokesperson Saurabh Mittal.
