UTI Mutual Fund has announced the extension of New Fund Offer (NFO) period of UTI Fixed Term Income Fund – Series IX – VI (368 Days). The new fund offer (NFO) which opened on June 20, 2011 would now close on July 4, 2011 instead of June 30, 2011.

The date of allotment of units under the plan will be July 4, 2011 and the scheme will mature on July 6, 2012.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme.

UTI Quarterly Interval Plan VII: Dividend Declaration

UTI Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under dividend option of UTI Quarterly Interval Plan VII - Retail and Institutional Option.

The dividend will be declared on the face value of Rs 10 per unit. The quantum of declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plans on the record date.

UTI Quarterly Interval Plan VII is an interval scheme. The scheme aims to generate regular returns by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities normally maturing in line with the time profile of the respective plan.
