The growth and dividend option under the Merging Schemes shall be merged into growth and dividend options under BNP Paribas Equity Fund respectively.

The Dividend Reinvestment Options and Dividend Payout Options under the Merging Schemes shall be merged into the Dividend Reinvestment Options and Dividend Payout Options under BNP Paribas Equity Fund respectively.

Accordingly, unit holders of growth or dividend options under the Merging Schemes shall be allotted units in growth or dividend option of BNP Paribas Equity Fund respectively.

In case the investor is not in agreement with the aforesaid change, investors have the option to exit without payment of any exit load. This option of exit can be exercised from July 11, 2011 to August 10, 2011.
