Important dates for the two FMPs are:
DSP BlackRock FMP - Series 5 - 3M: The NFO opens on August 12, 2011 and closes on August 16, 2011. The scheme will mature on November 15, 2011.

DSP BlackRock FMP - Series 7 - 12M: The NFO opens on August 12, 2011 and closes on August 16, 2011. The scheme will mature on August 20, 2012.

DSP BlackRock FMP - Series 6 - 12M : The NFO opens on August 16, 2011 and closes on August 24, 2011. The scheme will mature on August 30, 2012.

Investment objective:
The primary investment objective of the schemes is to seek to generate returns and capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market securities. The schemes will invest only in such securities which mature on or before the date of maturity of the schemes.

The schemes would allocate up to 100% of assets in debt securities and money market securities with low to medium risk profile.

Other information:
Listing: The units of the schemes will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Minimum Application Amount: The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and after that additional investment can be made of Rupee 1.

Options: The investors will be provided with the two options: Growth and Dividend. Dividend option offers the facility of dividend payout.

Load structure: Entry and exit load charge will be nil for the schemes.

Benchmark: Benchmark Index for DSP BlackRock FMP - Series 4 - 3M is CRISIL Liquid Fund Index and that of DSP BlackRock FMP - 12M - Series 26 is CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.
