Silver futures down by Rs 800

Gray metal seems to be losing sheen on MCX on Wednesday. Silver futures contract for delivery in December declined by Rs 800 on MCX.

Silver's December contract at the Multi Commodity Exchange, opened low at Rs 50,619 per kg, declined further and was trading in the range of Rs 49,768 – Rs 49,780 per kg at 2:09 pm IST. It made intraday lows of Rs 49,711 per kg.

And, the metal for March contract delivery opened at Rs 51,118 per kg and was trading in the range of Rs 51,179 – Rs 51,219 per kg.

While, the spot silver fell to Rs 49,927 per kg.
